EMPLOYABILITY ENHANCEMENT PROGRAM
OBJECTIVE
The primary purpose of the program is to assist participants to enhance their soft skills which is crucial for maintaining employability in the dynamic and highly competitive workplace of the twenty-first century.
The Program is designed to help participants develop and refine their language knowledge and skills which requires effective written and spoken communications. It emphasizes the understanding of communication as a process that involves participations in a variety of individual and collaborative efforts.
TARGET GROUP
- B40 – Youth Category
- Unemployed graduates from local universities who are desperate in seeking employment
- Age category below 35 years old, with at least SPM qualifications and above
Setting Expectations
Participants will be taught to enhance their personal quality, eradicate limiting believes and develop positive personal attributes such as high self-esteem, positive self-image and being an effective communicator.
Planning & Preparing a Presentation
Trainees will be directed to set up a Mock Business.
- Business plan
- Professional English usage (Written & Verbal)
- Customer Service Skills
- Conflict Management/Resolution
- Resume writing/interview workshop
Delivery & Interview by Potential Employers
Presentation of resume and career plan. Undergo interview with potential employers. Wrap up and post-mortem on overall program.
